Are you feeling rushed, never having enough time, constantly feeling stressed and not really enjoying the moment?

Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn who started the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) programme, defined mindfulness as paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgementally.

When you acquire the skill of mindfulness, you can slow your life down and begin to live in the moment.  Through insights and effective methods, you will become mindful in your everyday life.  Mindfulness is a conscious approach to being in the present moment – an elevated awareness of your surroundings and yourself. It is a vivid perception of your choices, strengths and potential.

You will learn how to mobilise your own resources for healing and gain self-awareness, self-management and emotional skills. My transformative workshops and courses are offered on a regular basis to offer ongoing support as you bring your life into balance. Support groups can bring you closer together with those who are also transforming their lives and reaching for a balanced, healthy approach to living.
